Prior to the Parish Council meeting on 15th May 2024, the Parish Council had requested and was granted an extension by the Borough Planning office, to the deadline to comment as a statutory consultee on the above planning application, until 5pm on 17th May 2024.

At the Parish Council meeting, the applicants advised that the proposal had been updated with a reduction in the size of the storage barn. The Clerk subsequently requested the updated plans from the Borough Planning officer.

The applicants, on providing a copy of the updated plans to the Parish Council, advised the Clerk the planning officer had declined to accept the amendments and would be basing a decision on the original plans.

In accordance with the original deadline to comment of 17th May, the Parish Council submitted it's response to Borough Planning as shown below.
