Pavenham Parish Council has one vacancy for a Parish Councillor.

Anyone wishing to apply for the position should either:

1. Appear on the current register of the Voters List or the applicants should, during the whole of the 12 months preceding the relevant date, have been resident in or within 3 miles of the Parish
   OR
2. The applicant's only place of work during the whole of the twelve months preceding the relevant date has been and is within the parish.
3. The applicant must not be debarred from standing as a Councillor.

If 10 electors from the Parish (either together or separately) request a by-election within 14 working days of the publication of the notice, a by-election will be held.
